This service includes:
- • Vehicle monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through MEC (Monitoring Emergency Center).
- • Panic button can be used by clients in case of robbery, kidnapping, or medical emergency. By pressing it, the system sends a signal to the MEC, where the vehicle's location is determined and immediately the rescue procedures is initiated, making the police and any other competent authority part of our rescue actions.
- • Secure Stop Function, allows MEC operators to gradually immobilize the vehicle simulating to be out of gas, in a location close to the rescue teams or the police station.
- • Hands Free Kit (optional), allows the driver to have voice contact with the MEC operator.
- • Accident detector, through a gravity force sensor, it sends a signal to the MEC indicating that the vehicle has suffered an impact.
- • Towing detector.
- • Vehicle blockage through a mobile phone or contacting the MEC to be done from there.
- • Vehicle control through mobile phone or text messages.
- • Secure Roadside Protection, for robbery, kidnapping, accidents, or any other emergency; all clients are covered with the only national service of road security that offers a perfect combination of technology and rapid response.
- • Discretion and reliability: Point does not give information on the vehicle's location if it is not an authorized person. For that reason, each authorized person is assigned a pin code allowing access to the information needed or to be given to a third person to use in emergency situations.
